CD cover for My Journey; My Songs.
Rhonda Lynn is busy working these days getting prepared to have her recording studio up and running by November of 2011. She is looking forward to getting back into the studio and record. She will also be putting down tracks for her 2nd CD. This one will include a totally remixed and remastered copy of the first CD, My Journey; My Songs including several new ones. It will be a double CD set. The release date is set for March 2nd, 2012. She is looking forward to all of it and looking forward to meeting some of you out there during her first small tour in many years to promote this CD in local areas.
Plans are still in the works for The I.R.E.N.E. Foundation which Rhonda Lynn created in 2009 in tribute to her late grandmother, Irene. The acronym for Irene stands for Immeasurable Random Efforts Nurture Equality. The symbol for the foundation is the Greek Goddess Irene, Goddess of Peace. This foundation will be hosting fundraisers in the future for chosen charities and will give exposure to many of the great talent that is out there and waiting to be heard. Keep your eyes and ears open for updates to this website. Rhonda Lynn will also be putting samples of some of the new tracks off the 2nd CD for your listening pleasure. She may even surprise you with a video or two. |

The GalleryLook! Look! It may not be in lights, but my name is on a sign. Surprisingly enough, it's not a 'wanted' sign. The lovely Ruth Beatty. Not only my mentor, but also my friend. Ruth and Michael Highgate opened the show for me on June 13, 2009. Two very special people. Welcoming everyone to the show and praying I wouldn't screw up. I hadn't been on stage in over 5 years. This was a biggie for me. I don't think this man will ever really know the impact he has on my life. My ex brother-in-law, but never my ex best friend, Lee. I luv ya, my friend. Two beautiful people that have greatly influenced my life and my approach to achieving a goal. Lee's parents, Peter and Marjorie Jeavons. My late cousin, Melissa, who died of cancer at the tender age of 30. I had my CD Launch on June 13, 2009, in honor of her birthday. I know she was there in spirit smiling over it all. Another cousin of mine who lost her battle with cancer in 2008. She was beautiful and so talented at whatever she did. I could only hope to be as good as she ever was. I miss you so much, Terri-Lynn. As I now truly believe, God blessed the broken road that led me straight to you. My life-partner, Darlene and I. I love you, Babe!! There is nothing on earth than the love, affection and support of a child. Adrian is kissing me for luck and, to my surprise, luck comes my way. No photo album would be complete without the picture of this sweet woman. My grandma Irene. She just passed away on August 21, 2009. Everything that is good about me, is because she loved me. My great aunt, Helen Mosley (nee Hunks) and her husband, Charlie. They were longtime friends of Brenda Lee. Tia McGraff and I at the 3-16 Lounge in Hamilton, Ontario. Tia and I have known one another since High School and she just happens to be one of my favorite singers. One can dream can't they? Dreams are just energy waiting for the motivation to transform them into reality. |
